One day a little boy came into a fruit shop. He had five dollars and wanted to buy some apples. He said to the shop assistant. “Give me apples for live dollars, please.”
When the shop assistant gave him the apples, the boy counted them and felt very surprised. Then he said, “Last Friday, my mother bought apples here for five dollars, too. Why did you give me fewer apples?”
“Don’t ask questions, boy. I have no time for questions.”

Attention, please! I am going to say something about our school trip tomorrow. First, we’ll get on the bus at the school gate at 7:30 in the morning. Then the bus is leaving for Merryland at 7:50. It will get there at about 8:50. It’s such a wonderful theme park that I am sure you’ll enjoy themselves there. You can row a boat or cycle. We won’t leave the park until 3:30 in the afternoon.
