尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家早上好：
今天，我演讲的题目是——理想
每个人都有理想，理想是指明我们方向的路牌，理想是我们天空中明亮的晨星，理想是我们身后最坚韧的翅膀。
理想不是梦想，理想是可以通过自己努力一步一个脚印实现的。在这个世界上，多少人曾经为理想而奋斗，他们行走在各自的路上，尽管这一路并不平坦，但他们都在为自己的理想而奋斗着，用心搭建通往终点的阶梯。
一位加拿大的平凡少年，在他十八岁时因癌症而被截去右腿，这对一个花季少年来说无疑是最大的打击。但他积极接受治疗，与病魔顽强抗争。当他得知加拿大政府对癌症研究资金投入相当匮乏时，他决定为癌症研究事业贡献一份自己的力量。他开始了横穿加拿大的“希望马拉松”义跑，并想以此号召每个人为癌症研究事业捐赠善款。从他有了理想的那一天起，他就不断地为之付诸努力，这任务是常人无法忍受的痛苦，是我们难以想象的艰巨。143天，3339英里，2400万加币的善款，他成功了，他完成了他的理想，他就是——特里福克斯，一位卓越的理想青年，一位我们心中不朽的英雄。
